There is not a maximum number of nights for reservations.

All groups make a reservation for a minimum of 2 nights.

The Pilgrimage is open 365 days a year; you can make a reservation arriving and departing on any day that you desire.

Our facility can hold a maximum of 40 people. Depending on the time of year we have minimum group size requirements.

If you would like to bring fewer people than our minimum group size, you must still pay for our minimum numbers.

If you are bringing 30 or fewer people to The Pilgrimage, you may be sharing the space with another group.

If you reserve space for 31 to 40 people we guarantee that you will have the entire Pilgrimage space to yourself.

Beds are not filled with a specific male/female ratio in mind, we fill our space solely by number of people.

Prior to arrival you will receive the contact information for the group(s) sharing the space with you to arrange the bedspace will be divided.  For more information about the bedspace, view our FACILITIES information.

Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis. Depending on the time of year, our facility fills up anywhere from three months to one year in advance.  Please plan accordingly!

Reservations are confirmed after your intial phone call.  The next step is to mail your deposit.
