Costs The cost for each individual is $31 per night. To find the total cost for your group use the formula below: # of people x # of nights x $31 = total example: 15 people x 7 nights x $31 = $3,255 What does this cost include? This cost includes full use of The Pilgrimage facility, the creation of the programmatic portion of your trip, and fees for most of the service programming. What is NOT included? The cost does not include food, towels, bedding, transportation, or any other extracurricular acitivies. Some financial aid is available to groups who could not otherwise independently finance a Pilgrimage program. A $100 security deposit is due upon arrival. This deposit will be returned to you if you fulfill your contract and clean appropriately and to the satisfaction of The Pilgrimage staff. As part of our low cost, we ask that you help us prepare for the next group's arrival by cleaning The Pilgrimage before you leave. If this is not done or other damages from your group are found then the security deposit will NOT be returned. The cost for replacing a damaged or lost key is $35. Furthermore, certain programming options may incur an extra cost. Some outside speakers require honorariums.
