The Pilgrimage regrets that we are unable to refund your payment in the event of a cancellation. The Pilgrimage incurs costs for staff time in preparing for your group, administrative costs in coordinating your reservation, cancellation, and program, as well as the cost of uncapitalized revenue from others who would like to use our facility and have been turned away because we are holding your reservation.
