Change Policies

After your final payment is due and a change in your group number occurs please be aware of the following:

If the number of participants has increased, please contact The Pilgrimage staff to ensure space availability. We will give you the additional payment balance and an appropriate due date if we have room to accomodate your increase in numbers.

You have until two months prior to your arrival to decrease your numbers and be eligible for a refund.  If the number of participants has decreased after this date, we are unable to make any refunds.  You may bring fewer people than you made your reservation for, but you must still pay for people who do not come.
